Now, I'm not exactly the tidiest person in the world. Rather disorganized and cluttered, both mentally and in my immediate home-based surroundings. However I'm usually pretty good when it comes to getting rid of unused food things... I decided to do a fridge blitz and throw out everything that I knew I wasn't going to eat and had a ripe expiry date. I now have a HUGE amount of room that emphasizes how much proper food stock I'm currently lacking.

I found a unique something in back of the fridge that was behind a mountain of salad dressing and sauces..... a plastic container that contained what looked like a former pineapple. Upon closer inspection I came to the conclusion that it had indeed once been a pineapple! It smiled at me, winked, and offered to buy me a drink. I politely declined and thanked this new breed of sentient Ananas with a nervous smile, then promptly stuffed it into the garbage bag. I suppose the decent thing to do would have been to accept its offer of friendship, but one can never be too sure of the motives of something that had been living in the back of one's fridge for lord knows how long.
